Soup Made with Healthy Soybean Paste

Doenjang-guk (soybean paste soup) is a soup made from a fermented soybean paste and add meat, seafood, or vegetable in it. It is a combination of healthy soybean paste with fresh vegetables rich in fibre and vitamins.

It is also called ‘Tojang-guk (literally means ‘soup made with fermented soybean in the underground’) in the local province in Korea.
