Sanchae Jeongsik: Wild Vegetable Dish Combo

This course meal consists of rice and soup with vegetable side dishes, such as seasoned bracken, aster, mushroom, bonnet bellflower root, and fatsia shoot. These mild-tasting wild vegetables have distinctive flavors and fragrances.
